Summary: The staff was absolutely great which made everything else better. The room was spacious and clean. I was also impressed by their commitment to the environment: they offered a $10 credit when you didn’t need the cleaning services! The location is great and the view was fantastic!

Summary: We stayed at this hotel just two years ago and thought it was so luxurious. I feel this time a little bit of that luxury was missing. Gone was the faux fur rug on the chair that you see in the images, there was no complimentary water (I don’t think I’ve stayed in any 5 star hotels that don’t provide complimentary bottles of water), and thirdly the room just felt tired. The hand basins were cracked and browning around the sink hole. The robes were pretty worn. The bed and pillow selection however were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The soap amenities were lovely also. Great staff and loved the little tastings they had in the foyer each day! Overall a lovely stay. I have heard that the old rushes beneath this hotel is being changed to make a bigger and better QT. This and proximity to town means we may give this hotel another go on our next visit.

Summary: Had another lovely stay at the QT Queenstown. We booked a Lakeview room and were returning for our second year in a row + regular QT stays. We were initially put in a room that had an obstructed view, when we went back and asked to move they were prompt and arranged a new room for us. We had some very personalised service from other hotels we returned to on our trip but the QT didn’t really provide or have insight into previous guest requests. Something that could have made our stay extra special. Otherwise a great all round stay, location is very convenient and room is comfortable and spacious.

Summary: Nice quiet place to stay. Comfy bed and room. View from balcony was amazing. I didnt eat at the restaurant for dinner but had breakfast, which included lots of choices which more amazing views. Second stay here and would stay again

Summary: Beautiful lication, our home overlooked the lake and mountains. 5 minute walk to downtown with restaurants, tours. Nice bar with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake
